Under the supervision of the Recreation Centers Program Manager, the Summer Day Camp Director is responsible for the direction and supervision of all Summer Day Camp counselors and daily activities. They will also participate in day-to-day planning, organizing, implementation, and handling of disciplinary issues with campers and/or parents if needed. This position will also conduct staff training as needed. Essential Duties
