Pros of working at Charlotte Russe

Interacting with people. Learn how to manage a store . I started as a sales associate and in 8 months became assistant manager. 1 year later 1st assistant. 1year and a half later got my own store. My motivation and hard work allowed me to achieve reaching the budget and more than requested by the company .

Cons of working at Charlotte Russe

The company does not appreciate a person's hard work. You achieve budgets requested and they don't acknowledge your hard work. they request more . The pay is not what is stated on their employee salary.
