Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. Job Summary

Assembles files and maintains integrity of patient charts by ensuring documents are filed in the correct patient chart. Runs reports and prepares patient encounters for the next day. Responds to medical records requests in accordance with Allergy Partners policy.
Keeps the patient reception area neat and clean at all times throughout the day.
Schedules patient appointments: explains to patients which pieces of information they are to bring or complete prior to an appointment, provides a range of potential charges for the visit and the patient's estimated financial obligation/good faith estimate, provides patients several scheduling options, follows approved scheduling guidelines, prepares and sends out all appropriate information to patients.
Greets patients as they arrive for scheduled appointments. Ensures registration forms and other patient paperwork is complete and up to date.
Verifies demographic and insurance information for new and established patients according to protocol; ensures current indexing of insurance and identification documentation into the practice management system.
Check out patients and collect payment from patients at the time of their visit and provides patients with a receipt. Collection should be made on past due balances as well as current dates of service. Arranges for payment plans according to Allergy Partners policy.
Ensures proper posting of charges into the practice management system daily as assigned.
Balances daily over-the-counter transactions and reconciles encounters with payment transactions; prepares deposit slip and delivers "daily close" packet to the Manager or central Administration as appropriate.
“Closes” the office each day, according to protocol.
Determines uncollectible balances and refers such accounts to the Practice Manager.
Assists in other front office duties at the request of the Practice Manager.
Identify the patient's referring and primary care providers and ensure the contact information is correctly entered into practice management system and EMR prior to the provider seeing the patient so that the provider can promptly send letters and/or office visit notes once the patient encounter has been completed.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work under minimal supervision with broad guidelines, to assign, review, and evaluate the performance of new project orders; directing interdisciplinary project teams as needed to ensure project needs are met.
- Strong project leadership to help ensure conformance with Stantec's Project Management Framework (PMF).
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with Stantec leadership and client contacts routinely to explore future opportunities, budget planning, and staff resourcing needs.
- Develop fee proposals for a variety of sizes and complexities, working with other task managers as needed to address all technical disciplines.
- Oversee stormwater design and lead supporting tasks, including grading, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, and utility layout.
- Lead the design and evaluation of stormwater management facilities, conveyance systems, and flood protection strategies.
- Lead credit analysis of a variety of BMPs for TMDL Credit using regulatory guidance.
- Assist in the development of TMDL Action Plans, stormwater master plans, and resilience planning.
- Oversee the inspection of BMPs, municipal facilities, and outfalls.
- Lead field assessments for water quality studies, watershed walkovers, stream assessments, and other projects.
- Attend and help moderate daytime and evening public outreach meetings.
- Conduct peer and quality reviews on applicable projects.
- Mentor/supervise junior staff and promote career development.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Must have a high attention to detail, strength in time management and organizational skills, and good written and oral communication.
- Strong project management credentials, including but not limited to scoping, establishing schedules, project plan development, and routine tracking/reporting throughout project implementation.
- Proven experience successfully executing technical design tasks and driving project delivery efforts of a team, including plan preparation in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of Virginia Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Program.
- Knowledge of Virginia regulations.
- Skill in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project).
- Proven capabilities in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (SWMM, PondPack, HMS, RAS or similar). 2D modeling experience preferred.
- Experience with Federal / Federally funded projects preferred, including familiarity with Federal design requirements, specification development, and the ability to interact with Clients.
- Experience with stormwater pump station design not required, but an added value.
- Ability to travel locally on short notice (in and around Virginia).
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner, both in writing and in person, with clients, employees and the general public.
- Ability to present to both small and large groups on a wide range of projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to walk 2-4 miles per day in rough terrain and in various weather conditions.
- Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science (minimum) in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, Environmental Engineering, or other closely related degree required. Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years prior experience.
- Professional Licensure (PE) required.
- Virginia DEQ Dual Combined Administrator certification preferred.

The acac Floor Hockey Referee is responsible for officiating youth floor hockey games in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. This role ensures games are played according to acac and NHL Street Hockey rules, prioritizing player safety, sportsmanship, and positive competition. The referee plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and flow of the game while serving as a role model for respectful behavior and fair play.
Officiate games for age divisions: 5-7, 8-10, and 11-14 years old, ensuring adherence to league rules.
Enforce game rules fairly and consistently while maintaining control of the game.
Promote sportsmanship and appropriate conduct among players, coaches, and spectators.
Provide clear, calm, and confident explanations of rules and decisions when necessary.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the field equipment before and after games.
Report any incidents or injuries to the acac Youth Program Director in a timely and accurate manner.
High public interaction with youth, coaches, and parents.
Maintain punctuality and preparedness for all assigned games.
Must be 18 years old.
Rate of pay is $30.00 per game.
