This is a full time, in office position in our Westborough, MA office with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.
We are looking for people with:
* 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
* Prior insurance experience is a plus!
* Effective communication skills, verbal and in written
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets

Each Associate Underwriter provides vital team functions:
* Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes
* Rate and prepare new or renewal quotes as directed by Underwriter
* Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
* Monitor various reports for consistency
* Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing, including audits
* Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
* Data entry into multiple internet based systems

Pursuant to Massachusetts state regulation, the salary range for this position is $58,700 to $60,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

The Junior Counselor is primarily responsible for the safety and well-being of campers in their cabin and in camp programs.
PAY/BENEFITS
$400-425 per week (room and board included), influencing tomorrow's leaders and a lifetime of great memories.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Leadership, guidance and well-being of a cabin of 6 -14 campers that includes a strong emphasis on our βCHoRRβ character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
*Active participation in the camp program that includes the planning and execution of morning cabin activities with the cabin group, the planning and execution of afternoon activity classes, and involvement in evening programs planned by the camp administration.
*Sound supervision of all areas of cabin life, such as morning chores, camper health and safety, evening reflections, and punctuality to camp schedule.
*Participation in other camp responsibilities as given by the camp administration, that includes day and evening periodic cabin area watches, waterfront guarding, written evaluations of self and junior staff, attendance in staff meetings, etc.
*Close adherence to the conduct stated in the Camp Woodstock personnel policy.
