David Jaffe has served as a director since 2001 and as our President and CEO since 2002. Previously, he had been Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer since 2001. Jaffe joined our Company in 1992 as Vice President, Business Development and became Senior Vice President in 1995, Executive Vice President in 1996 and Vice Chairman in 2001.
