The Mental Health Consultant will develop, implement, and monitor the Mental Health Program to include staff development, mental health counseling of students, TEAP program counseling, according to the Job Corps federal regulations and the Policy and Requirements Handbook.

The Mental health Consultant advises the Center Director and Health Services staff of all mental health matters.

Develops constructive programs for meeting students' mental health issues and works with center disciplinary, maximum benefits, intergroup relations and the AODA prevention programs.

Hourly Range: $17.20 to $19.50
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Bus Driver responsible for supplying transportation services to students and performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.
The Bus Driver transports students by bus and automobile to various vocational sites, medical centers, recreational activities, courts, etc.
Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
Maintains accurate and complete trip reports of each use of any vehicle.
When not performing the duties of the Shuttle Bus Driver will perform alarm and patrol duties in assigned areas to protect life and property against theft, misappropriation, vandalism, fire, flood, or similar disaster, suspicious acts and/or persons, and other unusual conditions.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Valid State driver's license and Commercial Driver's License in the state of employment with Passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record.
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
Additional Requirements: Prefer knowledge of riot and crowd control techniques and law enforcement procedures. Must maintain CPR/FA Certification. Ability to obtain a bus driver's license. Ability to effectively relate to trainee population. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment and drive an automobile. In addition, must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.
