Assist with equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades. Monitor and maintain utilities supporting rubber processes (air, water, steam, etc.). Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Follow plant safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout (LOTO). Support root cause analysis for recurring maintenance issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and parts inventory. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with process specifications. Adhere to quality and safety standards specific to the rubber manufacturing environment (e.g., temperature and pressure control, cleanliness, material handling). Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology preferred. 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a rubber or similar manufacturing environment.
