Application Systems Analyst I (Term)
This position is a junior member of the packaged and productivity solutions team that under direct supervision administers and manages non-enterprise applications, both cloud and on-premise, including technical testing, troubleshooting, analysis, installation, configuration and maintenance. Contributes to low complexity system development through analysis of business requirements, process flow analysis, defining functional specifications, development of technical and non-technical documentation, defining user acceptance criteria, and on-going support and maintenance. Facilitates communication and issue resolution between technical staff, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Assists in recommending, designing, testing and implementing systems upgrades and improvements.
+ Administration - Assists in recommending, designing, testing, and implementing systems upgrades and improvements. Develop system and user documentation for the purposes of knowledge management and self-service application support. Keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies. Manages vendor relationships. Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks. Participates in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring. Collaborates with Systems and Operations, DBA , and infrastructure teams to ensure proper integration of the application environment.
