Responsibilities include scheduling appointments; making reminder calls; assisting parents, caregivers, and clients in completing pre-appointment documentation; collaboration with schools, primary care providers (PCPs), and other stakeholders from whom the psychologist may need information; obtaining authorizations and managing billing-related documentation in support of the program. This position reports directly to the IBHS Administrative Director. This position does require the Care Coordinator to support the Achievement Center of LECOM Health Corry office during Psychology Clinic days (typically 2 days a week). About Your Workday Business Operations & Strategy In collaboration with the Executive Chef and Chef, Sous Chefs support the leadership of back-of-the-house operations and collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a premier culinary and guest service are delivered.
