This role focuses on non-warranty and non-manufacturer repairs and reconditioning, ensuring our pre-owned inventory meets Checkered Flag and Porsche quality standards after reaching our guests. What We Need Self-motivated technicians who take pride in quality workmanship Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy Team-oriented professionals with a customer-focused mindset Your Pre-Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 19 years old 3-4 years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience Valid driver's license with four or fewer moving violations in the past three years Major violations within the past three years (including DUI or Reckless Driving) will disqualify candidates State Inspector's License What You'll Do Perform non-warranty and non-manufacturer repairs and reconditioning work in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose vehicle concerns, complete authorized repairs, and communicate complex findings with leadership and Service Advisors Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs and complete a Winners World Class Inspection on every vehicle Road test vehicles as required and accurately document all work performed, including diagnostic data and repair details Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all shop procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements Who We Are Winners serving Winners!
