Mr. Stoelting is the Chief Executive Officer of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (a transportation and logistics service provider), since May 2017, and was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer of Roadrunner from 2016-2017. Prior to that role, Mr. Stoelting served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of TOMY International (formerly RC2 Corporation, a designer, producer, and marketer of products for infants and toddlers), from 2003-2013. Prior to that role, Mr. Stoelting served in several leadership roles at RC2 from 1994-2003, including as the Chief Operating Officer and a director beginning in 2000. Mr. Stoelting has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Stoelting serves as a director of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. Mr. Stoelting has been a director of Regal since 2005.

Paul Hertz is a Senior Vice President Corporate Retail Operations at Albertsons and is based in Boise, Idaho. He has worked as VP of Stores at Wild Oats Marketplace; VP:Store Operations at Shopko Stores Inc.; and Executive Vice President, Operations at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). Paul works or has worked at Fred Meyer Inc.

Jose Carbajal joined FEMSA in 1987. He was named CEO of FEMSA in 1995 and has served as Chairman of the Board of FEMSA since 2001. He’s also Vice Chairman of the Board of Heineken Holding, Chairman of the Americas Committee of Heineken, Chairman of the Board of Coca-Cola FEMSA, Chairman of the Board of Monterrey TEC, Chairman of the Board of Fundación FEMSA, the U.S. Mexico Foundation, and participates on Boards of Industrias Peñoles, Aerolíneas Volaris and Grupo Televisa. He co-directs the Mexican Chapter of the Woodrow Wilson Center as President, and for the last 20 years, he has been a professor of Planning Systems in the Industrial and Systems Engineering degree program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, at the Monterrey campus. Fernández Carbajal earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
