Summary
The UCCS Lead Cook assists the Chef or Sous Chef in overseeing the preparation of quality food for the campus community. This will be primarily a Catering Lead Cook position, with opportunities to work in other Dining establishments on campus. The Dining and Hospitality Services operating principles are respect, trust, and growth.

Essential Functions

As a Sous Chef I, you are responsible for assisting with the overall success of the food program and overseeing culinary functions. Summary
