Mr. Farrell has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. From November 2014 through December 2015 Mr. Farrell had been our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2007 through October 2014, Mr. Farrell had been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and from September 2006 through May 2007, he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farrell was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alpharma Inc. from April 2002 through August 2006. From July 2000 through April 2002, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications at Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. From November 1994 through June 2000, he held various senior financial positions at AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Pinkham joined Regal Beloit Corporation on April 1, 2019, as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President of Crane Co. from 2016-2019. Prior thereto he served in other leadership roles at Crane Co. from 2012-2016. Prior to joining Crane Co., Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation plc. From 2000-2012, he held successive and increasing roles of global responsibility at Eaton. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Pinkham held an Engineering and Quality Manager position at ITT Sherotec and a Process Design Engineer position with Molecular Biosystems, Inc. Mr. Pinkham has a B.S. in Engineering from Duke University, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Bearings and Power Transmissions Group 2013-14. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Purdue (Ind.) University and an MBA from Northwestern (Ill.) University. Prior to joining Timken in 2006, Mr. Kyle held management positions with Cooper Industries and was vice president of operations for a division of Hubbell, Inc. Donald J. Hendler as CEO, and Stephen B. Sokolow as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leviton Manufacturing Company, Harold Leviton, through a carefully-architected succession plan, ensured that the Company his father started in 1906 would continue to serve the marketplace as a private, family-owned and operated company. Leviton, CEO and Chairman of the Board, passed away earlier this month, leaving two of his sons-in-law to lead the Company as it progresses through its second hundred years in operation. Hendler, who in 2005 was named President, will assume the additional title and role of CEO. Sokolow, who was named Vice Chairman of the Board that same year, will succeed as Chairman of the Board.
