We have an immediate opening for “ChemicalOperator” positions.
Summary:
The ChemicalOperator position will assist in meeting the schedule by completing assignments. The position will participate in daily ‘huddles' to discuss continuous improvement opportunities and filling out visual production boards.
The ChemicalOperator position will typically work 12-hour shifts. The schedule for “Night Shift” is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Over a 2-week period, associates are typically scheduled to work three (3) 12-hours days one week, followed by four (4) 12-hour days the following week, or vice versa. Candidates must be willing to work additional days as required. Initial training may be on Day Shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) until sufficiently trained to work night shift.
Responsibilities:
Monitors batch while in process and make any adjustments as required. Properly communicates to supervisor when it appears that a goal or deadline will not be met.
Measure and mix chemicals according to specified formulas.
Monitor and adjust process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
Follows all provisions of operating instructions. Responsible for the completion and accuracy of all batch ticket data entry. Responsible for meeting standard batch ticket cycle times while maintaining safety and quality.
Perform quality control checks on finished products. Monitors quality of output and takes appropriate action, including shutdown of process, to prevent or limit production. Follows all quality policies and production procedures to ensure quality product is produced.
Operates and monitors chemical processing equipment - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient production.
Stages raw materials and puts away finished product. Responsible for raw material and finished goods location integrity. Package and label finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Technical manufacturing experience in a chemical facility a bonus.
Standing for extended periods of time, ability to lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds frequently, exposure to outside conditions and ability to work any shift.
Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or related field preferred.
Familiarity with machining, packaging, warehouse, or materials handling is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.

At USA Insulation, the Chemical Batch Operator actively participates in the manufacturing process of our proprietary foam insulation product. You will be a key contributor during the production process and adhere to the production schedule and keep our team informed of manufacturing capabilities as required. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, enforcement of safety protocols and process and fostering a collaborative environment with the General Manager and other production team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct involvement in the manufacturing process alongside the other production team members.

Monitor batch while in process and closely observe output quality.
For batches that you make, you will have responsibility for raw materials, staging of raw materials and packaging finished product for storage and/or distribution.

Work with the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to understand product demand and build materials to meet customer demand
Maintain manufactured finished product inventory.

Assist with maintenance of the production equipment. This can include (but is not limited to) tightening loose fittings as identified, changing filters and screens, identifying leaks, etc.
Assist with the general maintenance of the facility. This will include (but not limited to) general housekeeping both inside and outside of the building.
Work with the Production Team to receive and put away incoming materials.
Work with the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to ship materials to our customers.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in manufacturing environment
Batch manufacturing is desirable
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations
Understanding and ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite with a basic understanding of Excel

The Technician Production Operations is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment throughout reagent operations to a high level.
This position reports to the Filling Manager and is part of the Technical Support Team located in Chaska and will be an on-site role.

Maas Energy Works (MEW) is seeking a new Remote OperationsTechnician to support and maintain the ongoing operations of projects throughout the western United States. These facilities are located on host dairy farms, where an anaerobic digester produces renewable biomethane gas which is processed on site and then either used to power lean burn piston electric power generators or is delivered into a private natural gas pipeline network operated by the company. Our operations team is split into office staff (this position) and field staff that work on the job sites.
Office staff's close coordination with company field staff ensures high quality outcomes for operations and good relationships with partners, and overall accountability. The role of the office staff is to remotely monitor and troubleshoot electrical generation equipment, biogas cleanup facilities, and biogas pipelines, including order parts and materials. A high degree of organization and systems awareness will be required for this position. Many skills can be learned on the job from existing experts, and the job has an opportunity for advancement.

This individual will act as the primary liaison between Quartermaster's Global Supply & Software Engineering organizations and the contract manufacturer, ensuring our systems are produced on schedule, to specification, and in accordance with our service-level agreements (SLAs).
This role is critical to maintaining production continuity, software configuration, quality, and communication across teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing quality control on electronics, 1-2 years of experience in software development, and maintaining production or inventory schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight & Reporting
Act as Quartermaster's on-site representative and primary liaison with the contract manufacturer.
Monitor daily production activities to ensure builds meet schedule commitments and SLA expectations.
Record production status and output in the official Production Tracker / Logbook with accuracy and timeliness.
Identify and escalate risks or delays in the production schedule before they impact delivery timelines.
Software engineering
Unit configuration: Set up our software stack in production systems, conduct factory acceptance testing, and coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely readiness.
Tablet configuration: Remotely provision and configure the tablet with our software stack, then perform integration testing to ensure it is production-ready.
Quality Control & Assurance
Serve as a second layer of defense for product quality by performing QC checks on finished goods.
Verify that systems meet Quartermaster's build requirements, functional standards, and documentation criteria.
Document defects, coordinate rework, and ensure corrective actions are executed by the contract manufacturer.
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate outgoing shipments of finished goods, replacement units, and parts.
Manage the return or shipment of defective components for analysis or replacement.
Monitor inventory levels of key components and materials to ensure production readiness.
Work closely with Quartermaster's Head of Global Supply & Logistics to avoid shortages or bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Communication
Act as a communication bridge between the contract manufacturer and Quartermaster's internal teams, including supply chain, hardware engineering, and software engineering.
Communicate engineering updates, new requirements, or changes in build procedures to the contract manufacturer.
Provide structured feedback to internal teams regarding manufacturability issues, recurring defects, or potential product improvements.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in software development related to robotics, electronics, and embedded systems.
Solid experience with Linux, particularly the Ubuntu flavor.
Experience with remote access management protocols like SSH and VNC.
