Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $13 - $15 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Phosphate Laborer:

* Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials

* Assisting in the building or construction of various things

* Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training

* Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment

* Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor

* Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends

Job requirements:

* Must be able to climb, lift and twist.

* Able to work 12 hour shift

* Strong work ethics.

* Background check required.

Job Duties

* Working with light industrial equipment to crush rock and mining samples and prepare them for analysis;
* Learning and using industry leading procedures and processes in analytical testing;
* Engaging in our safety culture to meet and exceed safety standards;
* Challenging yourself to meet quick turnaround commitments.

Requirements:

* Able to work independently or as part of a team;
* Basic English communication skills (written and verbal);
* Be clean shaven for Personal Protective Equipment (respirator);
* Able to stand for a full shift and work in a hot and dusty environment;
* Able to lift up to 50lbs at various times throughout the shift.
