Job Title: Math Tutor (Part Time) General Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Educational Development, plans and facilitates collaborative math tutoring sessions for elementary, middle, and/or high school students. Tutors Additional Information: Show/Hide Math Support Tutor Reports to: Principal Description: Math Support Tutors work up to 2-3 days a week, at the established rate of $25.00 per hour. Under the direction of the Extended Learning Specialist and/or Lead Tutor, the position of part time Tutor is responsible to provide intensive and extensive tutorial services. The Part Time Tutor position includes tutoring Kindergarten through 8th grade students in the content subjects of Mathematics and Reading. Instruction and activities are designed expressly to prepare students for standardized achievement test and to teach study skills.
