Here's how you'll make an impact
Provides exceptional customer service to new and established financial institution clients, including cross-selling of products and services and cash receipt and payment services.
Accurately processes routine and complex transactions for branch customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payment processing while balancing a cash drawer and safeguarding against fraud.
Assists with the maintenance and servicing of bank equipment such as ATMs, and Night Drops.
Researches customer inquiries, orders checks/debit cards, returns phone calls, and other customer originated service needs with the intent of enhancing customer retention and uncovering additional sales opportunities.
Confidently uses needs based assessment tools (Client Relationship Worksheet) in a conversational manner to analyze and uncover customer needs. Recommends and sells appropriate solutions both in person and over the phone.
Opens deposit accounts, inputs and follows through with loan applications following operations and regulatory requirements; opens all types of personal accounts and prepares related documentation; follows up with clients after new accounts are opened to deepen the relationship.
Demonstrates a high level of courtesy and efficiency with customers, continuously exceeding expectations with servicing skills; maintains a strong understanding of industry trends and how they impact the customer.
Proactively seeks ways to expand customer relationships in order to achieve individual and branch goals; maintains a working knowledge of the banks products and services.
Actively participates in branch huddles, meetings, and one on one coaching sessions.

Qualifications/Requirements
One year experience in a banking or customer service position preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
Demonstrated experience in banking and/or customer service
Proficient analytical and mathematic skills, along with reading and writing skills
Proficient communication, interpersonal and sales skills
A comprehensive knowledge of operating policies and procedures which impact consumer services; A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of company consumer products and services
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin
Must be able to support multiple branch locations as needed
Salary Range $17 to $26.50 Hourly

Rate of Pay: $20 - $23 per hour depending on experience
POSITION PURPOSE
As a Financial Partner you will be responsible for promoting the financial well-being of both existing and new members by building, maintaining, and deepening relationships through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, guiding members toward suitable account and loan products, cross-selling credit union services, and referring members to other lines of business as needed, along with handling cash and processing transactions efficiently
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional member service by accurately processing all branch transactions following proper procedures which include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, traveler's checks, money orders, placing check holds, verifying identification and endorsements, wire transactions, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Assist members in setting up ancillary business products, including Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and ACH Manager
Assist the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in balancing and maintaining ATMs and vaults, training new employees, and executing opening and closing procedures
Demonstrate an understanding of various business structures, such as Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, and Corporations
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Heritage Financial Credit Union
Engage in conversations with business members about available commercial loan products and their structures
Identify lending opportunities through discussions with business members while opening accounts.
Participate in outbound activities such as community events, volunteering, call campaigns, and business outreach.
Proactively reach out to new memberships established through business partners to assess needs and offer appropriate additional products and services.
Recommend improvements to workflows, efficiency, and quality of service.
Support and promote all HFCU initiatives for employee development, actively engaging in personal growth by utilizing available tools and resources
Submit thorough referrals to the Commercial Loan Department
Understand the documentation required for initiating a commercial loan application
Engage with Heritage Financial teammates development initiatives and actively participate in personal growth using available resources

Meet or exceed established performance goals
Respond to inbound member calls, addressing their needs by assisting with account placement and consumer loan products (excluding real estate loans) and promote and facilitating digital enrollments and adoption for all HFCU products and services.
Perform duties in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as Credit Union policies and procedures
Performing account and loan intake and funding
Manage digital inquiries and requests across various platforms, including chat, online accounts, and marketing leads
Effectively perform Lobby Engagement and First Impression Opening daily
Ability to open and close the branch as assigned by branch management
Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
NMLS License required. A Notary License is required or must be obtained within 9 months of hire.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Acquire a foundational understanding of the Commercial Loan Products offered by the credit union. Submit referrals to the Commercial Loan Department as appropriate.
This position requires that the employee gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work. The employee will comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance

As a Summer Fellow in our JPMorganChase Fellowship program, you will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and gain insight into how your diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people's lives, the firm and our industry.
This opportunity will expose students to careers in financial services and include hands-on experience and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future employment opportunities. The JPMorganChase Fellowship Program is committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants. Upon successful completion of the Fellowship Program, you will be considered for a 2027 Summer Internship offer. Successful completion of the internship is a significant step towards securing full-time employment with the firm.
The JPMorganChase Fellowship Program will consist of one-week of training and orientation onsite at one of our firm's locations. During this time, fellows will participate in orientation to our firm, our businesses, and gain the technical and practical knowledge needed to be successful during the program. After the induction, fellows will report to the designated location for their specific line of business track.

About this role:
The Fund Finance team provides fund-level financing to private equity funds and other asset managers through structured credit facilities. Fund Finance is part of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). As part of the broader Fund Finance team, the Fund Solutions team focuses on providing asset managers differentiated Fund Finance products spanning across Net Asset Value (NAV) financing, Structured Products (Collateralized Fund Obligations/Feeders), Advisory Services and Capital Raising Solutions. The Fund Solutions product set spans across a wide array of financing and capital raising solutions which may be suitable for the bank's balance sheet and/or distribution to the growing non-bank lender universe (e.g., Insurance Companies and Private Credit Investors).
Fund Solutions is looking for an experienced Vice President to lead the origination, structuring and execution of Fund Solutions products. This role will spearhead the origination, structuring and portfolio management of NAV lending transactions. The candidate's responsibilities will also span across the broader Fund Solutions body of work, including: pitching clients and business development, content creation, structured product execution, credit underwriting, rating agency work, portfolio management, transaction distribution/syndication, and internal policy development and refinement. Given the breadth of the Fund Solutions product set, the team is searching for a dynamic candidate with the ability to think independently and help build a fast-growing team within Fund Finance.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the development and execution of Fund Solution's NAV lending strategy, inclusive of originating and maintaining a portfolio of primary and secondary NAV transactions.
* Work with clients to understand financing needs and provide tailored solutions including structuring transaction deal terms and corresponding term sheets;
* Lead due diligence reviews including evaluating financial statements, fund documents and legal agreements;
* Run client due diligence meetings;
* Write detailed credit and approval committee memos, both independently and in partnership with deal team members;
* Lead negotiation of legal documentation with the support of internal and external counsel;
* Assist with transaction distribution/syndication to non-bank lenders, including developing syndication strategy and partnering with lenders to understand transaction details;
* Negotiate, structure, and execute amendments and other facility modifications;
* Ensure completion of all Fund Solution's required Annual reviews;
* Maintain oversight of the Fund Solutions credit portfolio, inclusive of internal credit ratings, transaction performance, underlying asset trends, and collection/verification of all on-going reporting;
* Lead the buildout and ongoing monitoring of credit portfolio analysis, including creating a quarterly trends report and summary performance of each loan;
* Manage and refine Fund Solution's lending framework/policy, underwriting procedures, and partnerships with internal groups across Wells Fargo (including Sponsor Portfolio Management);
* Partner closely with Wells Fargo Independent Risk Management on transactions and portfolio construction.
Other General Responsibilities:
* Create pitches/term sheets across the Fund Solutions product set, which are often in PowerPoint format;
* Assist with structured product organization, including structuring and distribution;
* Partner on NAV advisory engagements;
* Work closely with rating agencies to obtain debt ratings;
* Partner with analysts and internal partners to manage internal compliance, booking, and funding processes;
* Be a leader in the Fund Solutions team, including driving a positive culture, recruiting, and advocating for the team.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with originating and monitoring subscription facilities, NAV facilities, asset backed finance facilities, leveraged cash flow lending facilities, securitizations, or other structured products is strongly preferred.
* Knowledgeable of private capital, fund finance, and structured finance industries including structure (e.g. waterfall, amortization profile, etc.), investment strategies, cash flows, performance metrics, and various product use cases.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience creating pitchbooks in Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining excellence and consistency of work. Ability to quickly change focus and stay organized is a must.
