**Qualifications**
+ Minimum two (2) years of direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years Graduation from an accredited or provisionally accredited by the American Academy of Physician Assistants granting a Master's or Bachelor's degree for Physician Assistants.
+ Possess and maintain a current certification of Basic Life Support Training from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross training for Healthcare Providers. This course must include the use of an Automated Electronic Defibrillator, a "hands-on" portion
+ Must complete 100 Continuing Medical Education Credits during any two-year period, therefore the requirement for PA supervision by a physician is waived when working at the MEPS.

**Qualifications**
+ Completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency or have provided direct patient care as an independent practitioner within the last three (3) years.
+ Graduates of a foreign medical school are required to possess both a Medical License and Certification by the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)

+ Provide current and future educational/training support for all faculty assigned to USAFSAM En Route Care Training Department. These training platforms provide aeromedical evacuation, advanced critical care, trauma, and infectious disease training for DoD medical personnel to assist with medical currency, comprehensive medical readiness skills, and deployment training.
+ Ensure all USAFSAM En Route Care Training Department courses meet academic standards, operational needs, and wartime readiness requirements.

This individual will serve as the primary point of leadership for day-to-day contract management, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, government customers, and corporate leadership. Requirements

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required, Top Secret (TS) preferred.
