TheVOIP Administratorwill support and manage a VoIP system, including installing and configuring VoIP related wiring and hardware.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Implement software changes and perform system management and configuration for all required locations.
+ Manages, troubleshoots, updates and configures Call Manager software and hardware.
+ Responsible for moves, adds, or changes (MAC) for telephones at the onsite locations.
+ Install and configure VoIP related wiring and hardware.
+ Evaluate the network infrastructure (e.g., VoIP, internet, intranet) and provide network improvement recommendations. Provide all the necessary documentation to the customer lead for submission to configuration management for documentation and perform approved improvements according to documentation.
+ Maintain current knowledge of vendor upgrades and patches to the network component operating systems and firmware.
+ Create and review performance and capacity evaluation data and provide technical solutions for performance improvement, problem resolution, and problem prevention.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or work experience.
+ 3+ years' experience in network security solutions: Cisco ASA, or other firewall technologies.
+ 5+ years' experience in networking and voice communication systems, with at least 2+ years' experience specifically with Cisco VOIP systems.
+ Experience working with VLAN's, TCP/IP networking and routing, VOIP and Communications Services, Gigabit Ethernet switching, wired and wireless Ethernet networking.
+ Experience in the design of VOIP systems consisting of several thousand users and multiple sites.
+ Experience in writing and maintain accurate system documentation, system specifications, system requirements, project plans, presentations, correspondence, studies, reports, cost models and training materials.
+ Background check.

+ Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices used in the design of LANs, WANs and VoIP systems.
+ Must possess the skills required for project planning and management (e.g., new system design, installations, upgrades) involving multiples sites.

The Fire Alarm System Mechanic is responsible for the effective management of assigned tools, equipment and other resources in the accomplishment of contract requirements in performance of services, installations and repairs of Fire alarm control systems and Sprinkler systems in the John A. Gordon Albuquerque Complex (JAGAC) utilizing knowledge of Fire theory, pipefitting and structural layout.
The Fire Alarm System Mechanic will:
* Responsible for performing specialized skilled tasks pertaining to fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems to include pumps, valves and motors.
* Duties include establishing and maintaining fire alarm testing and inspection programs, assuring all fire alarm systems have passed inspection, establishing a training program to assure proper operation of fire alarm systems, monitoring inspection schedules, and initiating minor repairs to fire alarm systems.
* Uses specialized tools and testing instruments of the electrical trade. Supervision is received from an administrative superior who reviews work for technical quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
* Inspects fire alarm equipment visually and replaces defective components.
* Tests initiating and signal circuits, detectors, and system transmitter and makes needed repairs.
* Locates and diagnoses trouble in electrical systems or equipment.
* Work involves planning and layout of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions.
* Operates motor vehicles in accordance with company vehicle policies.R
* Complies with applicable federal, state, and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations.

TheApplication Specialist VIwill analyze and determine information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities of applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain, upgrade and develop screens and reports, and design database architecture and work processes.
+ Interpret customer reporting requirements and develop and analyze the most appropriate approach to solve complex reporting problems.
+ Plan, develop, test, and document highly complex reports using the products such as: Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools (2008 +), Visual Studio .Net (2010 +), Business Objects (Crystal Reports), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word.
+ Provide data entry, storage, and retrieval techniques and technologies; integrate databases into software systems; and provide database application analysis, design, development, configuration and management specializing in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Open Database and web enabled architecture.
+ Migrate legacy systems into emerging enterprise systems development and modernize legacy systems into web enabled or application publishing in Active Directory applications.
+ Provide assistance in coding, testing, and implementing database programming capabilities, including functions, procedures, constraints, and triggers.
+ Develop and run customized and ad-hoc reports, and support data extraction and manipulation requests.
+ Perform application support of Open-Source Technologies, including, but not limited to systems such Open Content Management, Media Wiki, and MySQL.
+ Participate in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality of all applications within the information assurance.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree or combination of education and experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in visual basic NET and C#.
+ 8+ years required with additional experience as a Programmer Analyst. Experience to include:
+ Experience with analysis and design.
+ Experience with financial processes analysis and modification.
+ Experience working as a member of a large Project team.
+ Experience with Enterprise Level Application Development spanning two or more business areas.
+ Background check.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
+ Knowledge of principles and techniques of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation and documentation.
+ Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication skill (written, verbal, presentations).
+ Excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills.
+ Ability to resolve highly complex problems.
+ Self-starter who can work with a large and diverse team of business, management and IT individuals.
+ Ability to obtain an IA driver's license which will allow operation of a government vehicle.

TheNetwork Engineer VIwill provide network administration and support services for the required Wide Area Network and Local Area Network activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for moves, add-ons, or changes for telephones at the onsite locations.
+ Install and configure VoIP related cross-connect cabling and hardware.
+ Implement software changes and perform system management and configuration for all locations, adhering to established Security policies.
+ Provide network administration and support services while adhering to established Security policies.
+ Provide comprehensive network management services, system management and administration services.
+ Evaluate the network infrastructure (e.g., VoIP, internet, intranet) and provide network improvement recommendations.
+ Provide Level 3 and 4 supports to network administrators to resolve network-related problems.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 4+ years of additional work experience equivalent.
+ 5+ years' experience in network security solutions: Cisco ASA, IDS, IPS, Content Filtering, Radius, and VPN.
+ 5+ years' experience in network design and support in Cisco networking environment.
+ 1+ years hands-on experience implementing and administering network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within the environment for devices such as; Cisco Firewalls, Cisco Network switches (IOS and NX-OS), Cisco ISR, Cisco VPN, Cisco Controller Based Wireless Access Points.
