Venturi, LLCa, Chenega company has an exciting career opportunity for an Advanced Test Analyst who will guide test events associated with the Navy's Multiservice Advanced Capability Test Bed (MACH-TB). This program focuses on hypersonic flight testing using robust, agile, and modular approaches. The data collected is designed to provide insight to the DoD on technology improvement and capability validation. Early, affordable, and regular hypersonic flight testing is key to robust and successful developments of hypersonic capabilities. Responsibilities + Provide advice and expertise in the coordination of test events as part of a hypersonic test bed. + Serve as test director for various assets within flight test control structures. + Lead test planning activities for full-scale and sub-scale flight tests. + Lead flight test execution, data management, data collection, and data distribution activities. + Review test objectives, flight safety analyses, link margin analyses, data management and distribution plans, and other required documentation. + Lead the development of flight test execution documentation to include Flight Test Director Countdowns, Launch Constraints and Decisions Documents, Test Information Sheets, and others. + Provide assessments for readiness of test ranges, data collection assets, launch vehicles, and payloads. + Work with training personnel to support the development of on-console training plans and material. + Develop test execution calendars, schedules, critical paths, and risk assessments. Lead working groups that pull together government, range, prime contractor, and other development contractors to coordinate test activities and schedules. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + MA/MS in a field pertinent to the position being filled and 10+ years of relevant experience OR BA/BS with an additional 5+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement. + Must possess and maintain minimum Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Working knowledge of hypersonic testing + Good understanding of flight test planning and execution + Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership. + Ability to work within a team environment or independently as required. + Proficient with Microsoft software applications. + Ability to execute and complete tasks with no supervision. + Ability to travel 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations. + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. The **DevSecOps Engineer/Technical Lead** will implement Power Platform and eMASS automation integrations to support cybersecurity processes. **Responsibilities** + Leads implementation of Power Platform and eMASS automation integrations to support cybersecurity processes. + Leads organizational transformation toward Agile, Kanban, and DevSecOps practices within government mission environments. + Provide leadership in Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) areas of incident response, vulnerability scanning and management, problem management, certificate management, penetration testing, password policy management, data analysis of network security, remediation patching coordination, and compliance efforts. + Choose and implement the appropriate automated application security testing tools, making users aware of how to best use application security features. + Collaborate with team members to develop an automated security framework for strong deployment tools and processes, leveraging various scripting languages and open source solutions. + Recommend automation improvements to replace manual tasks for network infrastructure provisions and security operational processes. + Gather requirements, design and implement solutions, manage technical operations, and triages and fixes network or security operational issues. + Perform network or security analysis and troubleshooting; diagnoses root cause analysis, using monitoring tools and system analytics; and apply system patches to DevOps tooling. + Provide technical support and guidance to users and other DevOps Engineers, answer technical questions, and resolve issues within network and security domains. + Update security procedures and create and maintain operations runbooks to report procedures and operations, so team members won't re-encounter known issues. + Set up, conduct risk assessment, monitor, and maintain proxy servers, systems, and firewalls. + Perform application penetration testing and manual security code reviews. + Support development of value stream mapping, backlog management, and metrics for operational effectiveness and flow. + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between cyber, software, infrastructure, and policy teams to adopt DevSecOps-aligned workflows. + Implement tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow to enable automated pipelines, tracking, and synchronization of development and security workflows. + Ensure alignment with DoD enterprise Agile guidance and modernization initiatives. + Collaborate with team to tailor DevSecOps frameworks to governments specific security, policy and operation environments. + Automate deployment processes to enhance the release management lifecycle. + Oversee release management for the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices. + Resolve validation and deployment errors promptly. + Work productively within an agile, sprint-based environment adhering to all applicable levels of reporting to the project manager + Promote the use of modern, cloud native developments tools aligned with the Government's enterprise cloud and digital initiatives. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs + 8+ years of experience in Agile, DevOps, or Lean process transformation + 5+ years of experience in Power Automate or eMASS + 5+ years of experience in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies within enterprise environments + 3+ years' experience supporting DoD or federal programs highly desirable. + Must have 3+ years' proven leadership experience and leading implementation to support Cybersecurity processes. + Must be able to obtain SAFe, Scrum Master, or DevOps-related certifications within 90 days of hire date. + Must have active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD platforms + Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management + Must have high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and possess advanced skills and knowledge in programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Must have understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments + Agile Scrum Certifications desired + Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Java, Bash, Go) + Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, etc) + Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools + Experience with agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices + Knowledge of cloud security best practices + Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders. + Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools like SIEM systems, firewalls, VPNs, data encryption, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and endpoint protection. + Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines. + Ability to work both independently and within a team. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements. + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. + Ability to travel up to 10%. **How you'll grow** At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
