Mr. Min is the Founder & CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He is an immigrant from South Korea and a proud American veteran. The employee-ownership philosophy and entrepreneurial spirit Mr. Min established at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been the primary reason for the tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. Epsilon Systems employs “Epsiloneers” across 26 locations in the U.S. and Asia and has become one of the premier government contracting firms. Epsilon has a broad customer base supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security as well as selected commercial customers. Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as United States Congress, U.S. Navy, Ernst & Young, Asian Business Association, and University of Southern California. Qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineering officer, he served on both active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 as an officer in the U.S. Submarine Force. Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations, including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering and Santa Fe Christian Schools. Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Min established the ESSential Foundation in 2000 and Operation Promise in 2009. The ESSential Foundation funds, among other things, military support organizations, caregivers of wounded warriors, international micro-finance, religious, educational organizations as well as community programs that support the homeless and troubled youth. Mr. Min also co-founded a church and is an Ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.

Oasis Systems

Tom led an investment group that acquired Oasis Systems in November 2010. Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising capital and managing acquisitions for Homeland Security and Biometric Industries. Tom was also CEO of Viisage Technology, which was a publicly traded security company notable for commercializing facial recognition technology. Tom and his team were credited with the company’s turnaround, increasing Viisage’s market value to a $300 million company. For more than 20 years, Tom held a number of senior finance and executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP Corporation) including VP of Finance & Administration for the company’s $6 billion U.S. Field Operations and Vice President the company’s $2.0 billion and 5,000-person Federal Systems Group. Tom has served as director for a number public and private companies and faith based organizations. Tom was awarded a Bronze Star as Vietnam combat veteran with the 1st Infantry Division.
