POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's goals and align with market best practices. They are also responsible for leading and managing the organization's global payroll to ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing. This role ensures the company attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through competitive and equitable total rewards programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of compliance, industry trends, and employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Compensation Strategy & Management
Design, implement, and manage the organization's compensation programs, policies and practices for all employee levels, including executive compensation.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive and equitable in pay.
Lead the administration and review of grade structures, merit increase programs, bonus plans and long-term incentive programs.
Manage compensation planning cycles, including the annual compensation review process.
Provide strategic counsel and education to senior leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers on compensation strategies and pay-for-performance.
Benefits Administration
Oversee the design, selection, negotiation, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, leave, etc.).
Lead benefits strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives, market trends and workforce needs.
Manage vendor relationships, plan renewals, and the annual enrollment processes.
Maintain internal HR website to ensure employees are updated and informed on all HR-related content.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, FMLA).
Payroll
Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of wages, bonuses, deductions, taxes and withholdings.
Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure payroll processes are compliant with all regulations and company policies.
Monitor and analyze payroll data to drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Serve as subject matter expert on payroll issues, advising senior leadership and ensuring risk mitigation.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a team of compensation, benefits and payroll professionals.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR to align total rewards with business strategy and budgets.
Present data-driven recommendations and reports to senior leadership and the Board (if applicable).
Educate managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while complying with all federal, state, and local laws.
Manage compensation and benefits audits, government filings (e.g., 5500s), and reporting requirements.
Support compensation, welfare and retirement committee materials and participate in executive pay governance.
Maintain HRIS and compensation systems with up-to-date data and tools.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge:
Benefits administration, compensation, payroll, and stock plan administration experience (executive and general)
Skills:
Proven expertise in compensation strategy, benefits plan design, and executive pay.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and vendor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of relevant U.S. laws and international practices (if applicable).
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Understanding of compensation and payroll practices in the energy industry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist), CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), or similar preferred.

**About the role**
The Sr. Traveling Wellfield Technician is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and performance of the assigned landfill gas collection and control systems. Travel will be required primarily to locations in Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Kansas City. locations will vary, and the candidate must be willing to travel to sites across the U.S. as needed. Travel is 75 percent or greater.
**Key accountabilities**
+ Responsible for the operation and trouble-shooting of the wellfield and control devices in safe, efficient, and productive manner to maintain compliance with the site-specific Title V Operating Permit, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and prescribed safety and environmental standards and applicable state, federal and local rules and regulations.
+ Maintains daily logs and obtains readings in accordance with prescribed standards.
+ Follows all plant and landfill safety policies and procedures. Uses personal protective equipment (hardhat, FR clothing, safety shoes, safety vest, hearing protection, gas monitoring equipment, safety glasses, etc.) in accordance with work tasks and company policies.
+ Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Maintains a clean workspace and environment in the plant and office areas, grounds, and on the landfill.
+ Writes routine reports and correspondence.
+ Performs tuning and adjustment of the wellfield collection system to ensure compliance, maximize gas collection, and minimize air intrusion, storing data as required.
+ Maintains wellfield database and associated logs to meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
+ Performs and documents wellhead repairs, adjustments, and readings; coordinates, communicates, and verifies corrective actions in order to maintain continuous compliance.
+ Observes applicable safety and environmental regulations while performing assigned tasks; performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Assists supervisory staff with operational planning of construction projects and gas collection field expansions.
+ Ensures project compliance with government rules, regulations, the site-specific Title V Permit and NSPS guidelines.
+ Responds to callouts in a timely manner and works overtime as required.
+ Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of facility vehicles and equipment.
+ Ensures all analytical equipment calibrations and recordkeeping are current.
+ Acquires knowledge of all gas collection equipment.
+ Performs analytical tests and documents as required, example: Calibration of data collection and gas analysis instruments.
**Essential education**
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license.

**Essential experience**
+ Experience and proven skill in operating, maintaining, trouble-shooting, repairing, and installing landfill gas collection and control systems.

+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

**Desirable criteria**

+ Technical certification or training is a plus.

If you are selected as the 3rd Mate, you will be working under the direction of the Master and Chief Mate. The 3rd Mate must have a good understanding of all deck machinery and cargo systems and be proficient at navigation and cargo watch keeping. The 3rd Mate is required to participate in all drills and emergencies and to assist with the enforcement of rules, procedures, regulations, and pollution prevention.

We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor/ Manager- Growth Projects. This position is currently open to any location across the BWP system.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Construction Supervisor/Manager disposition will be commensurate with job experience as set forth in the Required and Preferred criteria.
This position reports to the Manager of Construction. This position shall provide leadership to a team of Construction Managers who are responsible for the construction of BWP growth expansion projects, including pipelines, compression, storage and liquid facilities.
This position requires a strong alignment with BWP's culture and core values, and will work collaboratively with the Field Engineering and Construction Group, Houston Engineering and Project Management Group, Environmental, Land, Safety and Security, Field Operations, Technical Services and other departments across BWP in scoping, planning, constructing, and maintaining a safe and efficient pipeline system and related facilities in compliance with all Company, PHMSA, regulatory, and professional requirements while meeting targets for safety, budget, schedule and completion documentation.
Responsible for communicating with all internal and external customers to understand their requirements and to ensure their needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. This position will also need to become knowledgeable of the entire BWP system and coordinate closely with BWP Field Operations leadership to support operational activities as requested
Provides an active presence in the field during the construction phase of projects, to assess: (a) the quality of work of BWP's third-party inspection personnel; (b) the working relationship between BWP inspection staff and Contractor staff; (c) the Contractor quality of work; (d) the Contractor schedule (both actual vs. reported); and (e) overall Contractor reporting quality.
This position will have an integral role in the evaluation and selection of construction contractors during execution phase to ensure safety, compliance and quality is maintained in all applicable areas.
Responsible for mentoring direct reports through leadership, motivation, counseling and training as well as preparing and delivering annual performance reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The Analyst will work to support the Environmental and Regulatory Department's overall mission of permitting new projects and expansions, providing compliance support, and evaluating regulatory changes across a wide range of regulatory programs, including but not limited to such programs developed under the NGA, NEPA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, PHMSA and the Pipeline Safety Laws.
The Analyst will support the broader team's efforts under FERC's NGA and NEPA process for jurisdictional projects and activities, including preparing and reviewing technical reports, oversight and review of hazards analysis, and progressing siting requirements for LNG facilities.
Interface with engineering and other technical staff including internal stakeholders, contractors/consultants, and representatives of state and federal agencies. for example: FERC, USACE, USFWS, TCEQ.
