The independence, the set schedule, and the other employees made the job a lot more doable.
Strictly put the management. Management has terrible camaraderie amongst each other, also they have terrible communication amongst each other and the workers.
One of my favorite perks would be that you’re being paid while you’re on lunch. The perk of working there is that you put in a honest hard days work.
