Manufacturing experience or similar experience is preferred * Willingness and ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned * Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis. You must be able to stand for up to 12 hour shifts. Our plant gets very hot in the summer. We take safety seriously. * Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position. The salary for this position is $21.53 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, Employees accrue paid vacation/sick time at a rate of 3.34 hours per month. Accrued time becomes eligible for use upon completion of 1,500 hours of work, and 13 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
