The pay is decent.
Everything. New management took over and have completely ruined the place. The owner has a detailed and public history of not paying employees and he did the same here. He did not pay agency nurses or transport services. The NP is very unprofessional and speaks down to the nurses, especially the LPN's. The administrator and DON only want their friends working there and have fired multiple employees for no reason to make room for them. Wound care is never done, there are never any supplies. The DON refuses to order supplies. Not a safe or healthy work environment. It used to be, but not anymore.
None. The new owner took benefits aways. There's not even a 401k.
Nothing. There is no leadership team. Just a group of bullies.
The only way to improve the conditions at this point is to sell the place.
No need to. Just be a friend of the administrator or DON.
Its below average. Decent, but when compared to other facilities, below average.
