A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
As Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our Midwood House and Country Club are maintained in pristine condition. This role is essential in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our members, guests and staff. Follow a structured shift and schedule to complete all cleaning and sanitizing tasks efficiently. You will monitor supply levels and inform management when restocking is needed.
This role plays a vital part in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that define the Midwood experience and Country Club experience. If you take pride in creating beautiful, sanitary spaces, we welcome you to join our team.
Midwood House:
Clean and maintain 7 bedrooms, 3 full-size bathrooms and common areas. Ensure all beds (3 king, 4 queen, and 1 full) are properly made and linens are pulled and replaced as needed. You will dust, mop, and vacuum all rooms and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces. Tidy up and clean the kitchen and dining area after breakfast service.
Country Club:
Keep restrooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with towels and other supplies. You will remove trash from restrooms and common areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization in employee locker rooms and restrooms and ensure all areas remain neat, orderly, and guest-ready always. As a Housekeeping attendant you will also vacuum daily and mop.
WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule for this full-time position includes AM and PM Shifts Tuesdays-Sundays and occasional Mondays.

About the Role
The Director of Clubhouse Operations reports directly to the General Manager (COO) and provides high-level oversight for the entirety of the Food and Beverage Operation and the entirety of the Clubhouse Operation to include Aquatics, Youth Programming, and Housekeeping. This position focuses on the strategic execution of the clubhouse's overall vision, ensuring seamless interconnection between departments. The Director ensures that all operational leaders adhere to the standards set by the Club, the General Manager (COO), and the Board of Directors, while actively developing managers into stronger operators.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the overall vision of the clubhouse is executed effectively as it interconnects with Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Aquatics, and Youth Programming.
Conducts monthly budget review meetings with department managers to identify variances and determine how to correct them moving forward.
Audits the operation and follows up with leaders in specific areas to ensure correction and improvement takes place.
Ensure each operational area adheres strictly to the budget set by the Board of Directors.
Collaborates with the Director of Finance, Director of HR, Director of Golf, Golf Course Superintendent, Director of Tennis, and Facilities Director on club-wide initiatives.
Serves as a visible, member-facing leader, actively engaging in the member experience to ensure satisfaction.
Develops and mentors operational managers, helping them grow into better operators and leaders.
Follows up with managers to ensure they are meeting goals set in their reviews for their departments.
Participation in the governance of club committees to include running House committee, attending Long Range Planning, Finance, and the Swim and Fitness committees.

With your charming and confident personality, you take food and beverage orders as well as suggest/inform members and guests about dinner, dessert, and wine selections. You mix and serve drinks using the proper service method for wine and other beverages.
In addition to taking care of members as they dine in our restaurants and use our pool facilities, you also mix drinks for events such as weddings, parties, private dinners, golf outings, and more as part of our banquet staff. At these events, you also set up and break down the bar. No matter your location, you are always sure to provide excellent customer service and expert bartending. You love interacting with our members, who you have come to know by name, and enjoy bartending in this fun environment!
WORK SCHEDULE
We are open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, so a variety of shifts are available for this bartending/mixologist position.

Requirements:
21 years old or older
Previous bartending experience (entry-level accepted)
Must be able to pour/serve beer and wines.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
Must be able to work outdoors (hat can be provided)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
