Ensures Client Medical Center remains compliant with standards, regulations and ready for inspections by accreditation agencies involving delivery of health care services. Recommends construction and alteration programs, including acquisition and replacement of facility equipment consistent with policies. Schedules and conducts and/or participates in regular interdepartmental and departmental meetings. May designate hospital departmental representatives for medical staff and multi-disciplinary committees to facilitate effective communication lines within the hospital. Assists the CEO in maintaining cooperative relationships with professional groups, external agencies and regulatory bodies. Participates in the development, maintenance and implementation of a hospital management reporting system that provides adequate and timely data for program planning and evaluation purposes. Fosters a culture of accountability and service excellence by establishing appropriate work performance standards, evaluating the work and job performance of staff, providing constructive feedback and developmental tools, and making recommendations for corrective actions, as needed. Prepares and/or actively participates in the development of the fiscal year expense, revenue and operating budgets. Lead the overall architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ServiceNow development team. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Serve as the lead point of contact for clients on all matters related to ServiceNow implementation and strategy. Direct and monitor all aspects of the ServiceNow implementation. Responsible for quality assurance for all ServiceNow projects. Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform testing. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. What You Will Need: Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance. Bachelor's degree is required Minimum SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience serving in an Architect and/or Project Management role. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, IRM, and/or SPM. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings. Experience working in an Agile environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility.
