As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will: * Implement client treatment plan as instructed by a physical therapist. * Effectively uses the treatment plan to maintain and/or restore strength, endurance, coordination, relaxation and range of motion, promote healing, relieve pain and improve clients' functional level. * Teach the clients, families, or other health care provider to perform selected treatment procedures and functional activities. * Communicate any client care issues or changes in client status to the Physical Therapist and/or Nurse Case Manager promptly. * Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical records/documentation on all clients according to agency policy. Required: * One year acute, clinic, or long-term care experience. * Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
