Overview & Responsibilities
To recommend and implement repairs for all types of industrial and rotating equipment, including but not limited to compressors, turbines, and other equipment. Has the ability to document, erect, alter, install, align, repair, replace, disassemble, and reassemble, move and inspect all rotating equipment, using proper tooling and processes to complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs. Has the ability to plan and oversee repairs with very minimal supervision or feedback. Helps train other employees in the functions and processes in the department.

Fully capable of accurately assessing and documenting a visual inspection of all types of rotating equipment and providing a recommendation. Advanced knowledge and accuracy in using various measuring devices: micrometers, indicators, calipers, gages, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.
