    This senior level position is considered a team lead that is responsible for nominating and monitoring complex activities related to crude oil and/or natural gas products flow for inter-state and intra-state pipelines in order to manage company volumes and minimize financial overspends related to those transactions. Job Duties & Responsibilities Nominates crude oil and/or natural gas products volume for inter-state and intra-state pipelines Completes nomination process for crude oil and/or natural gas products purchased for all storage and pipeline facilities Tracks volumes and confirms owner allocation with pipelines Manages pipeline imbalance and cash out payments Determines crude oil and/or natural gas products volume available for sale each month Reviews monthly gathering and transportation invoices Provides data pertaining to allocations to management and other internal clients as needed Serves as company liaison to resolve disputes related to balances or invoices Performs reviews on maintenance schedules in order to minimize impact to product flows and to reduce imbalances in pipeline Prepares production forecasts as needed for transportation service providers Trains and mentors less experienced Volume Controllers Performs other duties as assigned Job Specific Skills Advanced knowledge of pipeline nomination processes, electronic bulletin boards, pipeline tariffs, gas contracts, commodity markets and pricing Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced and business critical trading environment Advanced attention to detail and able to meet strict guidelines Advanced analytical and communication skills, and proactive problem solving abilities Ability to be on-call and work weekends as necessary Education Minimum: High school diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university Preferred: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university - Accounting, Finance or related field Experience Minimum: 8 - 12 years related work experience

Consults with management and makes recommendations for new technologies based on business requirements Leads the monitoring and continuity of licensing and maintenance agreements Maintains documentation of installations, configurations, maintenance procedures, etc. Provides innovative and practical solutions to improve performance, expand services, serve new purposes, or improve workflows Provide On-Call duties on a rotational basis. The ability to lift equipment on occasion. Travel up to 25% of the time to other field office locations. Job Specific Skills Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, Cloud providers, networks, SDWAN and applications Ability to integrate wireless/RF systems, hardware, and firmware Knowledge in RF communication including Wi-Fi, Cellular and licensed and unlicensed radio systems.
