Management is terrible. Hostile work environment that even though management is aware of it they do nothing about it. Staff is not supported or listened to. There is no back up and there is a significant amount of favoritism. They do not like to hear what the staff has to say. Management just wants to hear themselves talk. Short staffed and no one wants to know the exact reason
