This segment has four operational fleets. Its Oilfield Rentals segment provides rental tools and services for land-based oil and natural gas drilling, completion, and workover activities. This segment offers drill pipes, drill collars, tubing, blowout preventers, and frac and mud tanks; and air drilling services and services for the transfer of fresh water to the well site. The company s Oilfield Trucking segment provides rig relocation and logistics, and fluid hauling services. Its trucks move drilling rigs, crude oil, fluids, and construction materials to and from the well site, as well as transport produced water from the well site. As of March 31, 2012, this segment owned a fleet of 227 rig relocation trucks, 57 cranes, and forklifts used in the movement of drilling rigs and other heavy equipment; and 157 fluid hauling trucks. Its Other Operations segment designs, engineers, fabricates, installs natural gas compression units, accessories, equipment used in the production, treatment, and processing of oil and natural gas. The company primarily serves Chesapeake and its partners with services in the Eagle Ford, Utica, Granite Wash, Cleveland, Niobrara unconventional liquids plays in the Barnett, Haynesville, Bossier, Marcellus, and Pearsall natural gas shale plays.
