Pros of working at Chesapeake Urology

Nothing. The pay is low and the bosses are mean and degrading to employees. I was actually told to my face to “shush”. I was told to “check it” when I wanted to speak up for myself. I have never worked for a worse employer and am continuously loooking for employment elsewhere.

Cons of working at Chesapeake Urology

Everything. Pay is low and I am not appreciated for my work. They are a sweat shop company that does not share any rewards with employees.

Chesapeake Urology benefits

There are no perks and the benefits package is ludicrous. Just another set of greedy doctors who make insane amounts of money on the backs of employees.
