* Provides personal care services to patients.
Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics to the performance of specific techniques of personal and supportive care such as ambulation of clients, transferring clients, assisting with the normal range of motion and positioning, and doing household chores.

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
A current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of New Hampshire
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Position Objective
The Express Care LPN provides patient care and operational support for patients in the Express Care unit which is a licensed Urgent Care. Follows complaint base protocols and take orders directly from the providers.
Assist with patient transport.
Collect and process specimens according to APD policies and procedures.

Position Objective
