Work Schedule

Additional time off and vacations will be discussed and approved prior to the start of the camp season. Some counselors will be asked to work intersessions, the period from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon between sessions, with additional time off given either before or after working this session.
Compensation and Benefits
This position's base salary begins at $600 per week; actual salary will reflect level of experience and qualifications relative to position requirements. Counselors with specialized skills can earn additional weekly pay. Compensation includes housing and meals for the duration of employment. This is not a benefits eligible position.

Manufacturing Associate Pay:
Day Shift: $19.50/hour
Night Shift: $21.50/hour
Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:05 PM (rotating schedule; every other weekend required)
Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:05 AM (rotating schedule; every other weekend required)
Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Utility Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations. This position assists machine operators, ensures materials and supplies are available, manages inventory, and handles the packaging of finished goods.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Safely operates a forklift to move materials within the facility
Interprets work orders or verbal instructions to determine required materials
Loads and unloads pallets, containers, and shelving units manually or using a forklift
Feeds resins into processing equipment using vacuum systems or manual methods
Prepares and organizes packaging materials
Packages finished products accurately per specifications and labeling requirements
Uses barcode scanners for inventory tracking and material handling
Assists machine operators with line setup, roll changes, and cleanup
Inputs roll data, changes trim, and supports machine changeovers
Participates in monthly inventory counts with the warehouse team
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information including formulas, materials, and equipment settings
Performs other duties as assigned to support production
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to read measuring tools (e.g., rulers) and understand fractions and decimals
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Effective verbal communication for team collaboration
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculator use permitted)

Pay Details: $19.50 to $21.50 per hour
