Pros of working at Chestnut Health Systems

Chestnut Health systems offers ample paid time off from work to make up for the low hourly wage. It has numerous job opportunities to move outward but not upward. Chestnut offers rewarding jobs where you get to help people and make a difference in their lives.

Cons of working at Chestnut Health Systems

There is a very high turnover rate because of being under staffed and overworked. While working there being harassed or verbally abused is not taking seriously and brushed off with no consequence for the person doing it. Doing a good job and working hard is failed to be noticed by your superiors. People who have put up with the work for 10 to 20 years quit their jobs due to the hostile work environment.
