Help care for patients and keep the office running smoothly at our beautiful, newly renovated family health center in Bloomington, IL. Daytime hours; no weekends or holidays. This part-time position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Responsibilities Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones. Review patient charts to identify care gaps. Obtain outside records. Gather paperwork. Room patients. Perform screenings, take vital signs, and gather health history. Document information in electronic medical record.
