The Ancillary Application Analyst must be located within a reasonable distance from the hospital.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Ancillary Application Analyst is responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. This position supports ancillary services including but not limited to pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology information systems. This position performs analytical and reporting activities to support the clinical, regulatory, and business functions of a department or division. This position is accountable for generating and preparing reports, performing analysis, tracking, and submitting data, and related activities in a timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create project and operational support documentation, which may include requirement documents, process and data flow diagrams, solution design specifications, implementation plans and testing scripts, and reporting of results.
Maintain database information for the facility and/or department personnel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This includes ensuring accessibility of accurate information to department personnel as needed.
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business object reports in accordance with established guidelines and procedures or as requested.
Assist department staff by performing project-related work, as needed or requested.
Review, analyze and evaluate user needs and documents findings and recommend changes to processes to increase system effectiveness for end users.
Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
Provide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of the application software.
Utilize system analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine software application and/or system functional specifications.
Design, develop, analyze, test, and train modifications made to software applications based on user design specifications.
Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.
Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
Lead or actively participate in meetings.
Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve somewhat complex problems.
Develop and maintain test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
Participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
Provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
Provide 24/7 support when scheduled.
Resolve or triage support calls as applicable.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, information management, computer science, healthcare administration or equivalent. Master's degree or certification in health informatics preferred.
A background or a strong knowledge of these departments using the respective applications as well as the healthcare organization as a whole.
Two years' Meditech Expanse experience preferred, not required.
Current knowledge of regulatory standards and the impact on business operations.
Obtain and maintain system certifications, if applicable.
Equivalent proven work experience and technical training and some college will be considered.
Experience in the information technology areas, such as personal software packages, generating reports and presenting information in a written or spreadsheet format. SQL or equivalent report writing experience preferred.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field respective to the system functions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work within the established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the hospital/clinic.
English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
Ability to follow verbal directions and instructions to perform work.

Job requirements
Must have:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in coding/customizing on the Dynamics 365 CE platform (Online/On-premises) or similar platforms.
Comprehensive understanding and hands on experience of the various configuration/management features available on the Dynamics platform. Platform security, governance, data modeling, plugins, workflow/Power Automate authoring, consuming Dynamics web APIs, security model, platform non-code customization and solution/app management.
Knowledge of best practices on user license and online capacity management.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

* Clinical Practice & Professional Development (CPPD): Onboarding/Orientation, Competency Management, Continuing Education, Professional Role Development, Collaborative Partnerships, and American Heart Association Training Center.
* Medical Education: Graduate and undergraduate medical education, residency and fellowship programs, student clinical rotations, and partnerships with academic institutions.
* Continuing Medical Education (CME): Accredited continuing education programming for medical staff, ensuring alignment with national standards and maintenance of licensure requirements.
* Medical Library: Provision of evidence-based resources, research support, and clinical information services.
* Area Health Education Center (AHEC): Collaboration with community partners to strengthen the healthcare workforce pipeline in Central Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Education System Analyst is a system-service role which owns outcomes planning, strategy, metric definition assistance, data mining, data analysis, and reporting for all Clinical Education within St. Charles Health System. This role serves as an administrator for: learning systems, Lippincott, Workday Learning, Kahuna, EEDS, PARS and others as needed. The educational outcomes reports generated by this position are a key component for maintaining Accreditation with the ACCME Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, and the Joint Commission. This position is also responsible for reporting Community Benefit on behalf of the medical education department for medical education and healthcare awareness activities that occur within our region. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers but may train and/or serve as a mentor to new members of the Continuing Medical Education team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Participates in Quality & Safety meetings, partners with other departments across the system, follows the release of new national guidelines, and tracks medical and science news to identify and address professional practice gaps.
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends and patterns in data sets to help determine educational priorities and initiatives and to measure effectiveness.
Collects, tracks, submits, and analyzes data reporting for Community Benefit on behalf of the medical education department. Develops an implementation strategy, based on identified significant health needs; measures the impact of community benefit programs.
Develops and validates an educational outcomes measurement design and reporting system that captures and effectively communicates change stemming from educational interventions.
Identifies and translates relevant information from a variety of sources into concise, well-organized reports and presentations for distribution to shareholders on a quarterly basis.
Serves as, and maintains the technical skills and knowledge required by, an Epic Super User and EEDS Super user.
Researches opportunities for Independent Medical Education (IME) grant offerings, writes and submits online grant applications targeted to specific request for proposals (RFPs), and follows a grant application throughout its life cycle.
Serves as EEDS (Electronic Education Documentation System) and PARS (Program and Activity Reporting System) system administrator, including managing monthly XML activity uploads, MOC credit reporting, error reports and providing light IT assistance to learners.
Provides Audio Visual assistance for educational activities.
Performs quarterly QAs on all department Teams files under the rules of accrediting bodies.
Edits and posts video recordings from training.
Supports the planning and implementation of UME, GME, CME and AHEC activities on an as-needed basis.

Job Summary
Join the Payer Team as a System Analyst, providing expert support to BPO clients in managing claims submissions. In this role, you'll serve as a critical liaison between client teams and internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment. Inbound Source File Oversight
Monitor and manage inbound files placed on FTP servers.

Track missing or failed files and support RCA for upload issues.
Escalation and Collaboration
Collaborate with internal SMEs and client teams to escalate UI discrepancies.

Data Validation & Edits
Manage duplicate records and versioning logic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

Will be involved in configuring and implementing integrations and AI agents for applications and/or platforms they support.

As Systems Analyst III, Philanthropy Analytics you will work alongside Philanthropy Analytics colleagues and managers to participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, implementing, quality assurance evaluation and modification of automated systems. In this role, you will define training requirements and assist with process automation, relationship management, daily reports, and maintaining dashboards. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio or Florida, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Support and design department project assignments and small system implementation.
Provide input to solution development efforts.
Maintain schedules.
Track information system resources for assigned projects.
Report on project timelines and document performance.
Develop work products, documentation of operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities and task level resource requirements.
Maintain project task plans, documentation and communications.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and five years of experience in IT dealing with applications development and support/end user training or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience
ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, problem solving and relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications preferred.
Demonstrated experience using SQL, business logic, SSIS, Python, Power BI.
Experience with CRM databases and relationship data analytics.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Analyst 3 for a position in the Information Technology Services Section. The IT Project Analyst 3 independently manages small to medium projects and assists higher level Project Analysts/Managers with projects with or without sub-projects. This position will work a hybrid remote/in-person schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarter location is at 30 E. Broad St Columbus, Ohio 43215.
The successful candidate will perform the following duties, which include but are not limited to:
* Manages small to medium projects by evaluating and analyzing current systems to determine potential for streamlining or reengineering business processes: develops project plan; creates documents that detail client requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
* Work with data requirements, data analysis, data analytics, and data MOU.
* Conducts agency wide and section level interviews to obtain and analyze data necessary for information technology development. Determines requirements definition phase which serves as foundation for system design, development, and implementation phases of the project.
* Builds foundation for system design, development, and implementation.
* Formulates and communicates project information to team(s), including recommendations/solutions to complex business problems, target dates for deliverables, and project timelines.
* Defines constraints within which solutions must be developed and identifies risks and impact of project on client/agency and anticipates benefits resulting from recommendations for changes to processes and procedures.
* Creates documents that detail client requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
* Plans, creates, and executes tests from project requirements (e.g., system test, integration test, performance test, regression test, user acceptance testing).
* Performs validation of solutions by analyzing end product and specification requirements.
* Assists with design, documentation, and tracking quality checks for efficiency and quality of business operations.
* Assists client with data conversion and implementation of new system to include functional documentation of system.
* Develops training program(s) and conducts training for end users.
* Develops skills to lead lower level Project Analysts.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Completion of undergraduate core program in IT or related field of study; 4 yrs. exp. in position with experience commensurate to duties appearing in job posting/approved position description.
