General Summary

The Operational Excellence Leader at our manufacturing site in Parsons, Kansas, plays a critical role in driving the Power Flame Inc Lean Systems throughout the organization. Components
A. Assist the client and family members or other collaterals to identify strategies or treatment options associated with the client's mental illness, with the goal of minimizing the negative effects of mental illness symptoms or emotional disturbances or associated environmental stressors which interfere with the client's daily living, financial management, housing, academic and/or employment progress, personal recovery or resilience, family and/or interpersonal relationships, and community integration.
B. Individual supportive counseling, solution focused intervention, emotional and behavioral management, and problem behavior analysis with the client, with the goal of assisting the client with developing and implementing social, interpersonal, self care, daily living and independent living skills to restore stability, to support functional gains, and to adapt to community living.
C. Participation in and utilization of strengths based planning and treatments which include assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying strengths and needs, resources, natural supports and developing goals and objectives to utilize personal strengths, resources, and natural supports to address functional deficits associated with their mental illness.
D. Assist the client with effectively responding to or avoiding identified precursors or triggers that would risk their remaining in a natural community location, including assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying a potential psychiatric or personal crisis, developing a crisis management plan and/or as appropriate, seeking other supports to restore stability and functioning.
Targeted Case Management (TCM) Definition: Targeted Case Management is designed to provide medically necessary services, under a treatment plan approved by the psychiatrist or physician skilled in the treatment of mental disorders and to assist Medicaid beneficiaries in resolving or minimizing the effects of the mental and emotional impairment for which clinical and/or hospital services have previously been provided. The goal is to enhance independent functioning through which the consumer is integrated into and/or maintained within the community, so that institutionalization is not as likely or frequent. This goal-directed medically necessary service is for adults with severe and persistent mental illness or children with severe emotional disturbance through which the individual is assisted in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services. All interventions provided shall be related to specific goals set forth in the consumer's treatment plan. Documentation in progress notes is required for each billed service. Interventions include the following: Components A. Treatment Planning: This includes facilitating the team treatment planning process, including documenting the individualized plan, developing goals and objectives based on a strengths assessment, monitoring to ensure that the plan is working, and making changes when needed. It is expected that the treatment planning process include participation of consumers, families, and natural supports, and that documentation reflect this involvement. B. Collateral Contacts: This includes phone and written correspondence, as well as face-to-face contacts with other social service agencies, schools, housing and employment resources, and medical services. C. Access to Supports: This includes assisting individuals in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. In addition, the service would assist with applications for benefits, and arrange transportation to needed services.

The Summer 2026 Internship Experience is a full time position June 1, 2026 to July 31st, 2026 . All interns will be based out of our main location in Parsons, Kansas. Anticipate the possibility of employer paid travel to project sites, events, and trainings during the internship.
Position Summary: The Software Developer Intern position is responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of internally developed programs with a focus on legacy code maintenance and improvement. Development could include integration with existing systems, creation of brand new programs and systems, or a combination of both.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and maintains new internal small-scale applications.
Provides support for internally developed programs on an as needed basis
Documents program functionality and configuration
Collaborates with other developers and other departments within the organization
Communicates between different departments regarding system requirements, program specifications, and other related information.
Helps define, establish, maintain, and adjust internal software development protocols, procedures, and standards.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Specifications:
Experience with basic development processes.
Experience with any of the following languages:
C#/VB
C/C++
Java
Go
Python
Experience working with a team of different disciplines.
Experience with SQL databases.
Communication of technical requirements, concepts, or features with non-technical personnel.
Experience managing workload with project scopes, task lists, and other tools.
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, or methodologies to perform tasks.
Education and Qualifications:
College Level Junior or Senior
Desired Majors- Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development
Web application development experience
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of Software Developer Intern, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of Software Developer Intern, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Your Role as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team and provide essential care to our residents. The CNA plays a vital role in assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with transfers, lifting, and positioning residents as needed.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, documenting care provided.
Ensure a clean, homelike environment for residents.
Participate in restorative nursing/therapy activities.
Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
Work collaboratively with nursing and other team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and using required safety equipment.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands required for this role include:
Standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently.
Lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting with heavier lifting, utilizing proper techniques.
Pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs, including moving residents of 350lbs in wheelchairs.
Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical lifts and two-person lift procedures.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
