About This Role:

What You'll Be Working On:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine availability metrics for Crusoe's cloud infrastructure, including establishing, tracking, and improving SLIs and SLOs.
Assist in incident response by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving service disruptions, and support post-incident processes through RCA documentation and participation in post-incident reviews.
Build, operate, and monitor infrastructure health using Crusoe's observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, OpenTelemetry).
Identify and communicate reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, and early indicators of potential incidents that could impact service availability.
Develop automation and tooling to reduce operational toil, minimize manual intervention, and enhance service recovery and self‑healing capabilities.
Partner with compute, network, storage, and platform teams to improve service resilience and strengthen disaster recovery readiness.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the development of operational best practices across the organization.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to grow into advanced SRE responsibilities.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
5+ years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, or related roles
Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure fundamentals (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, virtualization, distributed systems)
Familiarity with incident management practices and operational frameworks (SRE/ITIL/etc.)
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana) or a strong willingness to learn

Role Description
The Test Operations team at Form is responsible for commissioning, decommissioning, and maintaining our testing module prototypes. We're looking for an experienced engineering technician to join our team in Berkeley, CA, to help us bring our groundbreaking battery modules to life.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Test Technician team, working closely with engineers and technicians to install, commission, test, operate, and troubleshoot the electrical and mechanical systems in our prototypes. What you'll do:
Support installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and operations for Form's battery module prototypes.

The Marathon Martinez Renewable Fuels Facility has an opening for an Electrical Reliability Engineer. Develop Project Request Forms (PRFs) for equipment upgrades including financial justification (life cycle cost analysis) and assist in Decision Support Package (DSP) development.
Maintains and updates the Electrical Testing database and ETAP model.

Analyze equipment failure and condition monitoring data to identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability, availability, and cost of operation.
Support facility turnarounds, including scope development, planning, reviews, material selection and execution of work scopes.
Develop and oversee shop maintenance/repairs completed internally and at vendors/outside repair facilities.
Provide technical expertise and training for maintenance crafts and operators to support reliability programs
Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting assistance in resolving Instrument operations and maintenance problems; contact internal and external experts as required.
Health, Safety, Environmental and Mechanical Integrity Stewardship

Ensures equipment repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Conducts post-audits to measure the effectiveness of significant reliability-related projects and activities.
Provides technical assistance for decision-making on repair solutions during turnarounds and unplanned equipment outages.
Reviews corporate specifications for potential improvement based on industry and site-specific experience as appropriate.
Provides technical expertise and support to capital project development.
Occasional weekend duty will be required a few times per year.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
Zero (0) years or more of experience required.
A Valid Driver's License required.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of API 571 "Damage Mechanisms Affecting Fixed Equipment in the Refining Industry"
Knowledge of API 579 Fitness for Service (Level 1 and Level 2 analyses)
Awareness and general understanding of maintenance/reliability management systems including SAP, APM; API RBI Software.
General knowledge in the design and application of various types of Mechanical equipment at the refinery.
Knowledge/experience with Refinery Coker Units.
Working knowledge of all applicable industry and company standards (RSPs and Core Specifications).-internal
Experience using the following computer programs or similar: Compress/Plant Manager/Ceasar.
