In this role, you will serve as the enterprise leader for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), responsible for both the strategic direction and operational excellence of the platform. What You'll Do:
Set the vision and strategy for UKG Pro WFM, aligning system design and functionality with business goals, compliance needs, and employee experience
Oversee system administration and governance, including security, workflows, reporting, and upgrades across all WFM modules
Lead technical configuration and ongoing advancement of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attestation, Leave Management, Pay Rules, and Accruals to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance
Support advanced capabilities such as labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, and analytics to drive efficiency and workforce planning

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in HR systems, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in workforce management/timekeeping system administration, including configuration and optimization
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale system environments
Proven success in project management and implementation of UKG Pro WFM (or similar platforms such as Dimensions), ideally in high-volume, multi-site environments
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Deep knowledge of Workforce Management modules: Timekeeping, Absence/Leave, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Accruals, Attestation, and Forecasting, ideally with expertise in predictive scheduling, labor analytics, or AI-enabled WFM tools
Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into system solutions

Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Insider Threat Analyst to be a deep technical expert for our Insider Threat team. This role is for a seasoned analyst who thrives on autonomy and possesses a rare blend of deep technical expertise and a sharp investigative mindset.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical analysis for insider threat cases, from triaging alerts to conducting complex, data-driven reviews. You will be the team's primary technical expert, performing in-depth analysis and reporting your findings to the Investigations team to support formal inquiries.
What You Will Do
Proactive Behavioral Analysis: Proactively hunt for and analyze anomalous user behavior by correlating data from DLP logs, EDR logs, SIEM/SOR logs, and other data sources to identify risks before they escalate.
Manage the Insider Threat Analysis Lifecycle: Triage incoming alerts, manage the queue, and conduct deep-dive technical reviews of user activity, system artifacts, and application logs to build a comprehensive timeline of events.
Support Formal Investigations: Partner with and provide detailed, technical findings to the Investigations, Legal, and HR teams. Translate complex technical data into clear, objective reports that serve as the foundation for formal inquiries.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the team's technical SME for insider threat data sources, providing guidance and insights to other analysts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of living across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. Job Overview:
This role is in Foundational Systems and Platforms (FSP) organization in Global Operations Technology. Our charter includes Inventory Platform that managed inventory for Coupang and Fulfillment Execution system that orchestrates the complete journey of delivering a customer's order to their doorstep.
We are looking for a Staff engineer to help us build our next generation systems in FSP organization. The candidate should have strong backend engineering experience that includes building highly scalable systems, using workflow based orchestration solutions, actor-based and CQRS frameworks. Experience in AWS eco system and platform solutions like temporal and Akka will be preferred.
Candidate should have proven track record in delivering mission critical systems that supports operations and customers. This requires maintaining a high bar in Operational Excellence (OE) and working closely with our operations and product stakeholders.

Pay & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.

What You'll Need:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience with detailed knowledge of BI data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools
4+ years of work experience with large BI environments
4+ years of work experience in building self-serve BI solutions, canned reports and enterprise level BI solutions
4+ years of experience with data modeling in large Data warehousing, data lake environment
4+ years of experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau/BO/OBIEE, etc.
1+ years of data science experience with building regression, classification models
Exposure to Big Data stack environments (EMR, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive)
