GovCIO is currently hiring fora **Quality Assurance (Automation) Tester** todo full lifecycle application testing of EEOC Enterprise applications. This position will be remote. **Responsibilities** Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion.
+ Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications.
+ Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.
+ Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.
+ Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.
+ Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

* Cut pipes to required lengths. Uses demo saw and other power tools. Duties & Responsibilities:
Decontamination & Sterilization:
Receive and inspect contaminated instruments from various medical units (OR, dental, endoscopy, clinics, etc.).
Disassemble, clean, and disinfect instruments using ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and decontamination agents.

**The Role**
The **Customer Success Consultant** is a customer-facing role aligned to our large and mid-market enterprise customer segment, driving customer value and success through optimal utilization of Lumen solutions. **What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Experience: 5+ years customer success or account management experience

Essential Duties
1. Construction Management
Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the Client's network fiber infrastructure requirements regarding budget, quality, and schedule.
Advise the Client and issue notices as needed related to procedures and contract requirements.
Maintain three core construction management tools:
Action Item Log - track key actions, ownership, and deadlines.
Milestone Management Log - extract and manage critical schedule milestones.
Procurement Log - track OFCI/owner-furnished equipment, materials, and delivery timelines.
Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on goals, constraints, and project priorities.
Support phased growth into the facility (telecom equipment, layouts, expansions).
Partner with Superintendents to promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure vendors implement behavioral-based safety programs.
Review the master schedule for realistic lead times and advise on constraints.
Support PM in evaluating contractor claims related to cost/schedule and provide recommendations.
2. Vendor Management
Lead weekly meetings with vendor and trade partner leadership to address open items, concerns, and execution risks.
3. Budget Management
Support upkeep of the Network Infrastructure Cost Report, including change orders and pending changes.
4. Schedule Management
Propose alternative schedules, identify concurrent work opportunities, and support acceleration strategies.
Ensure material vendors align with key milestones and are guided by schedule priorities.
Continuously review schedule details for risks and propose mitigation/recovery plans as needed.
Problem-solve portions of the work that fall behind schedule and provide transparent updates to the Client.
5. Project Reporting
Report to the PM on any issues requiring Client decision-making related to design, cost, schedule, or program impacts.
Attend Client, vendor, and trade contractor meetings to maintain progress and alignment.
6. Construction Execution Phase
Provide regular onsite monitoring of construction work against schedule and established procedures.
Lead weekly progress meetings; generate and distribute meeting minutes and track all decisions.

Facilitate onsite coordination and collaboration across all project team members.
Review vendor logistics plans and coordinate with GC site teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of telecom/low-voltage/fiber-optic construction experience on data center projects.
Experience with: Large fiber counts, distributed support/cable & ladder tray, plug-and-play systems, single-mode & multi-mode horizontal distribution
Strong experience reviewing construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
Demonstrated ability to lead internal/external cross-functional project teams.
Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
Vendor management experience and familiarity with fast-track design-build processes.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, prioritization, scheduling, and cost control.

You will be responsible for providing prior-art analysis, identifying claim risks, evaluating competitors, and producing detailed patentability assessments.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct prior-art searches using USPTO, EPO, WIPO, Google Patents, ArXiv, GitHub, IEEE Xplore, etc.
• Prepare novelty, inventive-step, and marketability analyses for each invention.
• Identify potential infringement risks and overlapping competitor claims.
• Track emerging IP trends in blockchain, cryptography, AI, kernel engineering, and decentralized compute.
• Prepare reports to assist the attorney in shaping claim direction and scope.
Requirements - Must Have
• Strong technical research background in CS, engineering, physics, cryptography, or related fields.
• Familiarity with patentability criteria: novelty, non-obviousness, utility.
• Experience reading patents, papers, and technical documentation.
Nice to Have
• Previous experience in patent research or competitive intelligence.
