Jon Kessler is the president and CEO of HealthEquity, managing the company’s day-to-day operations and leading the Board of Directors. He joined HealthEquity in 2009. Jon is the founder of WageWorks (NYSE: WAGE), a provider of tax-advantaged programs for consumer-directed health, commuter and other employee spending account benefits. During his tenure as chairman and CEO from 2000 through 2007, WageWorks was named to the Inc. 500 list of US private growth companies three consecutive years, growing from zero to nearly $100m in sales. Jon was also previously a senior economist in Washington, DC, specializing in employee benefits and environmental taxation during the Clinton and Bush (Sr.) administrations, and a benefits taxation specialist at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Jon holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He holds a US patent for inventions covering methods for electronically adjudicating pre-tax healthcare and other expense transactions. Jon is an advisory board member of the Innovation in Insurance program of the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.

Ronald A. Rittenmeyer has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as a Director of IMS Health from April 2010 to October 2016. He served as Chairman, President and CEO of Expert Global Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to June 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as Chairman, CEO and President of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 2005 until 2008.He served as Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from October 2005 until September 2007 (including service as Co-Chief Operating Officer until May 2006) and as Executive Vice President, Global Service Delivery from July 2005 until December 2006. Mr. Rittenmeyer also serves on the boards of directors of American International Group, Inc. and Tenet Health Care Corporation. He previously served as a director of EDS and RH Donnelley (presently Dex One Corporation). Mr. Rittenmeyer has a bachelor of arts degree in Commerce and Economics from Wilkes University, and his MBA from Rockhurst University. Mr. Rittenmeyer chairs the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee and serves as a member of the Audit Committee.

He also serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Hospital Association (AHA), dedicated to leading, representing and serving hospitals and health systems in their work to advance the health of individuals and communities. In 2007 and again in 2015, Brian received the AHA’s Partnership for Action Grassroots Champion Award, recognizing a hospital leader who has effectively educated elected officials on major issues affecting hospitals, while advocating for patients and the community. With $3 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees, Atlantic Health System serves more than half the state of New Jersey, including 11 counties and 4.9 million people. He is an active member of the board of Paper Mill Playhouse. He and his wife, Donna, live in Mendham, New Jersey.
