Benefits are subpar. Health insurance picks what it wants to pay for. Pay is subpar. The only decent salary increases went to upper management. Patient ratios are unsafe. no excused sick time. Minimal holiday benefits. Poor Paid time off until you’ve been there 10 years.
Pet insurance
Nothing. They are all about diversity instead of filling positions based on merit or skills. They are making a lot of money off the backs of lower level employees and won’t so much as answer a phone ringing in a unit they are walking through.
By investing in employees. Providing better benefits and pay to improve work-life balance. Safe patient ratios. Have management come help actually do the work so they know what it’s like to be in the trenches and be part of a team instead of being too good to do actual work or mingle with the help.

There are 3 major players in this area. Baptist, UK, and CHI. CHI has the worst pay and benefits of all 3, but is closest to my home.
Adequate. In fact positions are often offered based on race, sexual orientation or sex instead of skills
