Cons of working at CHI St. Luke's Health

This is the most poorly run and unsafe hospital I have ever worked for. I have personally seen people die at the negligence of the hospital. My unit was always understaffed, with no pca, no unit secretary, and management refused to hire more people. We were always short supplies like computers, cleaning wipes, etc.

CHI St. Luke's Health benefits

You have opportunities to learn new things, for example, specialized machines or be a charge nurse because they’re so understaffed and desperate for anyone. They wanted me to charge at 6 months as a new grad in residency.

Pros of working at CHI St. Luke's Health

The sign on bonus is nice but they make you give it back if you quit.
