These skills were formed through a variety of key leadership roles at organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, HCA and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Youngblood holds a bachelor of general studies from West Texas A&M University, a master of business administration from Southern Methodist University, and a registered nursing diploma from the Ona M. Wilcox School of Nursing. As a testament to her deep understanding of the field, Liz Youngblood has given multiple presentations covering topics such as negotiation, performance methodologies, documentation integrity and health-care quality. These presentations have been delivered before professional audiences at such events as the ASQ World Conference. Additionally, Liz Youngblood has been published several times and earned numerous awards, including the Distinguish Alumna award from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Monte Orahood is a Medical Doctor and President of Premier Health at Premier Health Care Group, Board Member at St. Luke’s Health, and Chief Medical Officer at St. Luke’s Health and is based in Pasadena, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
