Data Analyst, Performance Management - (25000029) Description SALARY $90,356.11 Under general supervision, works with operating departments to identify performance reporting requirements, implement quality improvement efforts, and create dynamic reports for Authority management to visualize performance. Manages multiple diverse and complex projects to track performance improvement and serves as a liaison to achieve efficiencies and process improvements throughout the Authority. Qualifications PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with departments in developing and maintaining performance processes.
Creates workflows to automatically generate departmental reporting, using programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.).
Develops meaningful performance metrics that result in organizational and service improvements.
Cleans and aggregates data from multiple databases within the agency and implements and maintains document data collection and reporting requirements.
Provides on-going oversight and support to departments to ensure that measures are being used to effectively manage operations and affect improved efficiency.
Develops and designs interactive reports and tools using data analytics software to provide analysis and conclusions to department management.
Leads various projects with departments to improve performance and efficiency and reduce costs. Identifies and monitors project deliverables, scope, plan, issues, risks, and milestones. Establishes measures to determine success of projects (e.g., costs, scope, time, intended results). Ensures all targets and requirements are met.
Assists management in gaining an understanding of the goals and objectives of performance management and how to incorporate the concept into their daily routine by providing solutions and answers to department's issues and questions relating to performance management.
Analyzes performance data and provides recommendations to departments based on performance analysis. Works with departments to conduct analyses and develop information to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Measures and monitors compliance with company policies procedures, FTA, FMCSA, DOT, OSHA/OHS, DHS or other applicable Federal, State, Provincial, Territorial and Client regulations. + Assists with the Risk Department with management and legal support for injuries and collisions within the region.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ 2 years of College
+ Valid CDL
+ 10 Years of Safety/Transportation Experience.
+ Collision Investigation training.
+ 5 Years experience in fleet transportation management.
+ State/Provincial Instructor Certification in at least one of the States/Provincial in the Region.
+ Certified Smith System Defensive Driving Instructor.
+ Expert in Word, Excel and Power Point, Corporate Databases.
+ Must be able to lead behavioral change by motivating others and inspiring them to become safety leaders.
