Job Description:
The People Development Supervisor is a key leadership role focused on day-to-day operations at Chick-fil-A South Colorado & Yale. As a supervisor, you'll manage a team of 20+ team members, ensure smooth restaurant performance, and model excellent guest service. You'll also play a vital role in supporting our store's culture-helping foster a positive, encouraging, and growth-minded environment for everyone on the team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, but also cares deeply about people and wants to help shape a workplace that's fun, inspiring, and aligned with our values.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of 20+ in daily front-of-house operations (35-40 hours/week)
* Execute Chick-fil-A systems with excellence and consistency
* Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
* Partner with leadership to support "leveling-up" and "Care Sessions"
* Assist in implementing initiatives that improve team morale and retention
* Be a culture champion-leading by example, promoting teamwork, and reinforcing core values
* Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Development on leadership training, recognition, and culture-building events
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in supervisory or team leadership roles (restaurant or retail preferred)
* Excellent communicator and motivator
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Passionate about people development and creating a healthy work culture
* A humble servant-leader who leads by example
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
