They are also responsible for ensuring the safety of all team members, the stewardship of labor, the cleanliness of our venues, and the continuous training and development of team members via Pathway. They are also responsible for the organization and execution of our cleaning, equipment service, and maintenance programs, including equipment, facilities, parking lot, landscaping, flag, and vehicles. The Assistant Director is also responsible for assisting with the training and education of our leaders and team members in the operations, cleaning, and maintenance of our equipment. They oversee the dispatching and scheduling of service repairs and maintenance with CFA Support and third-party vendors to minimize disruptions and verify the proper completion of service and repairs.
