The pros that really made working at Chick-Fil-A enjoyable were the sincere wok environment in which everyone was dedicated to being the best they could be for themselves and others as well as the care shown by the company itself through the owner/operator's efforts for real connection and sincerety.
The only con of working for Chick-Fil-A would be that they were often overstaffed and could not give as many hours as hoped.
My favorite perk/benefit of working at Chick-Fil-A Brownwood was the opportunity for free education and the ability to make connections within the community.

The free employee meals and drinks were nice, but after having to recook the food as it was raw due to whatever circumstance, and eating the same food repeatedly, I had to decline, respectfully.
I love the company's philosophy. It's built around showing care and building connections with our guests. Our vision is to be the most caring company. I also love the people I get the opportunity to work with!
It can be very physically demanding. It's spending a long time on your feet (especially if you work kitchen), but it's so worth it in my opinion

I was around several franchises: it depends on the franchise owner/operator, but from my experience, the franchises tend to be disorganized and constantly change their leadership structures.
