The pros that really made working at Chick-Fil-A enjoyable were the sincere wok environment in which everyone was dedicated to being the best they could be for themselves and others as well as the care shown by the company itself through the owner/operator's efforts for real connection and sincerety.
The only con of working for Chick-Fil-A would be that they were often overstaffed and could not give as many hours as hoped.
My favorite perk/benefit of working at Chick-Fil-A Brownwood was the opportunity for free education and the ability to make connections within the community.
